Engage:  Empower Improve
Our belief is that learning soars when students are inquisitive, interested, inspired, joyful and feel that they are important to the classroom community. We strive to individualize learning so that each student understands their strengths and knows the next steps in their own learning journey. Each student tracks his or her own progress and mastery of learning goals are celebrated.  We foster a growth mindset. We teach students to believe their skills and talents can be developed through hard work, good strategies, and feedback from others. Failures are celebrated as an opportunity to learn and grow.
